Davids chosen charity has always been Doctors Without Borders and he has asked on many ocassions that any presents, donations, gifts for David or his family might be sent as a donation to the charity to help others.

Doctors Without Borders is an international medical aid agency that work in crisis hit areas, offering help first and often to exclusively to those worst hit.
